Great product excellent service

It helped ease my workload. I recommend it for all business owners. The user interface is user-friendly and provides a feedback mechanism to rectify errors in data evaluation.

I am very impressed that I have a full property management system with back office accounting for a montly fee

Overall, the new software is an improvement over the previous ever-changing version. Many more user-friendly features have been added, making it more natural for the average computer user (who, like me, may not spend a lot of time sitting at a desk with a computer) to use.

What do you like best about innRoad?

Intuitive Program, Always Improving

InnRoad is easy software to learn and use. The reservation site is intuitive, and training for the software is simple. The support team isn't domestic, which can create language barriers, but they quickly respond to inquiries. There are areas in the software that could be modernized or improved, such as the room block feature, but they often update to enhance the quality of the experience.

Our hotel switched to InnRoad from Skytouch HOS. While I had very high hopes for this switch, I would say it is a lateral switch at best. InnRoad is much more intuitive than Skytouch and makes the front end side very easy, but Skytouch has better support and easier use on the backend.

How innRoad is better/different from its competitors?

I like that InnRoad takes suggestions from users and will make changes to support them. They are a forward thinking company.

InnRoad is wonderful!

InnRoad makes it easy to manage reservations from anywhere in the world. The software is easy to use, and the customer support is excellent. We have used InnRoad for several years now and always enjoy the experience and ease of use.

The company seems to have moved to more email-based tech support, and it is also working for us.

We have not yet implemented gift certificates, but that is my user error and not InnRoads.

We surveyed a few other companies before going with InnRoad. InnRoad was the best and still is.

Great Software

The only complaint I have, even though the software is excellent, is that I wish it were more compatible with some of the other software we use. On the other hand, it is easy to use. We could also have more access to customer service.

Outstanding Customer Service!

innRoad offers a very useful and capable management tool to help run our property. Helpful features include a practical dashboard, user-friendly housekeeping, efficient reporting options, and key software integrations. Customer support is top-notch and in a class of its own.
