Insightly CRM tool offers tons of features such as task assignments, activities for recurring actions, and gmail integration. These features have been of great value for my team. Also, the software provides tons of video tutorials that are very helpful for beginners. My team had been searching for a CRM that would help us organize and run more efficiently. Since the deployment of Insightly, I can't tell how happy my team is. Its workflow automation saves us so many hours. The client servicing team is efficient and prompt. They always sort out issues on time and provide detailed answers. My team uses the Project and Task list extensively to keep themselves updated and to avoid missing out on any detail. I have referred Insightly to several other business colleagues. For users on the lookout of a powerful CRM that won't break the bank, Insightly CRM is the best choice.
