Intelliverse give the required Edge to our business

As a people/productivity/performance manager, I love that my teams can efficiently make calls and send emails through a platform that provides me with complete real-time visibility. The click-to-call panel, along with the call dispositions, gives us reporting capabilities that, frankly, we could not live without at this point. With Intelliverse, we have a clear, reportable view of how many calls reps are making (without having to worry about them logging), when they are making them, and what the result of the call is. The sales intelligence is useful for tracking progress on a weekly or daily basis and can also be used for motivation.
