We have standardised and service quality has improved

Invoay has helped our customers to book their appointment Online and keeps my calendar clear and nice to the eye. I can keep my customer profiles and always access it to check what have we done in the previous sitting. Invoay automatically sends SMS reminders so they don't forget about the upcoming appointment. Invoay is so simple. I have trained my 50 staff members all over our salon chain to use Invoay, with no issues. It's regularly improved, but in ways that keep the core functions clean and concise. It's flexible, accessible, easily integrated, and just plain useful.
