This app is very easy to use and has decent features. However, it is very unreliable. 1) Your bills will go missing, and customer care can't do anything about it. They will make you wait for days, tell you they will work on it, and the same thing will happen again.2) Sometimes the current orders will vanish, and old orders will appear in the table. You then have to cancel all the orders and create a new KOT for the current orders. Technical support doesn't know why this happens.
