All features are up to the mark and are there as per all the operations head of a society, but features like Tenant Management (pop-ups for tenant agreement expiry), Meter integration (make it easy to track Grid & DG reading and online payment through the app only), Asset Management & PPM are on the top of the list. Last but not least, only the isocietymanager app has an Enterprise Solution Dashboard so that one can track all operations in a single click for several sites."

I found the app very useful with lots of features, and it is easy to navigate. My society is using visitor management and complaint management, and raising a complaint with 2-3 clicks is such a relief.

The best part of the iSocietyManager app is its user-friendly interface (for both admin and residents). With the iSocietyManager app, you can manage all the operational aspects of a society, such as complaint management (IVR-based), maid management, meter integration, billing and collection, visitor management system (face recognition), tenant management, asset & PPM, inventory management, guard patrolling, and other very useful features. Additionally, the best part of iSocietyManager is that they continuously upgrade existing features and add new ones. The support team is always available to help with any queries. I really appreciate the development team for their continuous efforts in making things easier. Best of luck, keep growing!

We have been using iSocietyManager for more than 3 years. The best part about the iSociety App is that the system is continuously upgraded with new and innovative features like preventing car thefts, smart locks, etc. The system is very advanced and forward-thinking. Everything we need related to facility management is available in iSocietyManager, whether it's PPM, maintenance of your generator set, lifts, inventory, CAM & electricity billing, IVR-based help desk, face recognition-based visitor management, or domestic help attendance. You can rate your maids, see how other residents have rated them, and read their feedback. It is a seamless and excellent app. Maid attendance through biometrics is very accurate and operates without human intervention. The app is innovative and continuously adds new features.

It has been around 1.5 years since I first downloaded the app. If I compare the app from 18 months ago to the recent one, there is a huge upgrade. The best thing is that it has all features in one place. Whether I need to check my maid's attendance before paying her monthly salary, or I need to pay my maintenance and electricity bills, I can even see my meter readings in the app. If my guests are coming, I can invite them, create a pass for a cab, or for food delivery. Just last Monday, I saw the guard clicking a photo of a visitor, and their whole record appeared on the system. All the best to the development team—awesome job.

Excellent Customer App for billing, online payment, visitor management & complaints. The team keeps on releasing innovative features like auto due reminders, surveys, facility booking, and a complete suite for all features.
What do you dislike about iSocietyManager?

A good system for residents. The facility team can manage complaints, bills, and payments. Residents can make online payments, view meter charges, and generate pre-approved passes for their guests, cabs, etc.
