iSping is a FANTASTIC Company with a FANTASTIC Product
I am a HUGE Fan of iSpring. It is a user friendly and highly versatile authoring tool and; the support they provide is timely. I wish though that : (1) The content library is enhanced with content that is more USEFUL ( Great Pictures does not necessarily mean they are useful). They should consider enhancing this. (2) Their support is limited to CHAT only and that's a a problem for me coz it just takes so much time having to TYPE things instead of just being able to SPEAK to someone.

I started to work with iSpring several months ago, and I'm far from being a guru, but I must say that iSpring Support Team has always been providing valuable and fast advises; in a situation when the software was not meeting my request, they offered an alternative solution, and it just worked our perfectly, so I could witness a customer-centric approach instead of "we can't do that". P. S.: cannot comment on value for money as I'm using a company license:)

Translation issue
I wanted to translate the menu buttons and I didn't know how to proceed. By using the Chat support available, I have solved my problem. AMAZING customer support
As a new user of iSpring, I have had a ton of questions. Usually I find my answers on the many YouTube short videos they have posted, which are so extremely helpful. However, several times I have engaged the chat feature, and the technician's responses are AMAZING. They walk me through the support/resolution, giving step by step instructions and/or showing screen shots. In a few minutes, I have a problem solved!! Highly recommend this software!

Excellent support and helpful features
I am very happy with the support I have received to solve a problem that I couldn't solve with my website builder host. I now can show my Powerpoint slideshow, with all its fun and interesting animation, on my website. After several days of trying to solve this problem, I decided to use the trial of iSpring Suite Max offered me and it solved the problem by my uploading to iSpace. Thank you for the wonderful support reps that have helped me. Kudos to Tina and the other helpers. What a relief!

I "inherited" iSpring when I started my job, and I was able to figure out most of the bells and whistles with just a few uses. It provides what I need for online training modules, including allowing me to build quizzes and add narration. For only a few hundred dollars a year for the basic package, iSpring has been great!

New user but technical support has been top notch.
I had some difficulties with the initial installation due to some old registry files. The tech team quickly pinpointed this cause and gave me detailed instructions to fix it. I have had several other short chat interactions where I have needed "how to" information and the response has been quick and very helpful. Very happy at this stage.

iSpring suite for home-based learning lectures
The features are easy to use and bring notes to the next level beyond simple recorded power points. - adding notes and presentation resources, setting of quizzes and the variety of question types; recording and interactions to describe processes. From the students' point of view, it helps to provides a structured interface which is easy to navigate. The software itself is very easy to use especially if you have used Articulate Storyline in the past. I love that iSpring integrates directly into PowerPoint. That has saved me tons of time and effort of re-creating my content in Articulate from scratch n order to get it to work properly. A useful tool for L&D
I am using Ispring Converter for converting my content into SCORM Packages. I have to say, the tool is super easy to use and has great features, even for a convertor. Great Customer Service
I recently purchased iSpring LMS to create HR trainings. I ran into some technical difficulties and reached out iSpring support. They responded fairly quickly. Catherine (tech support engineer) assisted me with the issues. She was professional, very helpful and very patient. I am glad I made this purchase because their customer service is excellent. Great for a beginner like me
I have never authored e-learning before, although I am experienced at learning content design. I found that I could get going very quickly with iSpring. Because the authoring tool is PowerPoint based, it means that I already had the basic knowledge and the excellent tutorials taught me the rest. The iSpring Page courses are so easy to create that you don't even need tutorials: they are basic but a great way to create interactive handbooks and guides. Finally, the iSpring support have been brilliant. Being new to all of this, I have had a lot of questions. They have always got back to me on the same day, usually within an hour or two. If I've gone through the chat function, I've always had instant answers. This has mean that when I've got stuck, I haven't had to stop working on my project, but have been able to learn and carry on.

Good with room for improvement

iSpring gives great customer support.
I bought iSpring Suite 10 recently and am really enjoying it. Customer support is great. I nearly bought Articulate. They make you spend about $1200 to buy the program before they will give you any customer support. iSpring helped me even when I was using the free trial version. Your customer service is a key selling point.

- iSpring is easy to learn - It's agreat way to make online learning program - the detailed report that the teacher and student get is very helpful. A student can see when s/he has gone wrong and what the right answer should be.

I am using iSpring Quiz Maker. Although it easy to use it would be good to have a few more tools like being able to put font in different colors. Also, it took me a while to realise you can edit the slides in both Form View and Slide View. If you want to edit font you have to do it in Slide View. That's fine once I realised what I had to do.

Good way to leverage PowerPoint for online courses
I have had a good experience. Reasonable learning curve. I have been able to produce content fairly fast. Had some trouble with quiz settings but tech support chat sorted it out in just a few minutes.

Build your PowerPoint presentation with videos, animations, transitions - do not worry about the size. iSpring will covert it to HTML5 and it every test we have conducted the resulting HTML was significantly smaller than the PowerPoint.

iSpring Converter Pro has made PowerPoint conversions to HTML for the web a much faster and easier process. I also appreciate iSping's technical support.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?
That it can take on the complexities of PowerPoint animations and quickly turn them into HTML for use on the web.
What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?
At this time, iSpring Converter Pro cannot convert 3D animation that are now available in PowerPoint. The solution is to use a screen recording tool to capture that part of the screen, and then use iSpring to finish the conversion. Also, at this time, the animation setting "continue to end of slide" does not seem to work. Instead, just set repeat to a 100 or so.

Brilliant

Excellent LMS

Very good product with great support
We have moved from Adobe Captivate due to various issues. iSpring is much less technical which is great for non-technical users. I have only just started but am yet to find a limitation. I have used the support chat function which was immediate and got the issue solved very quickly. So far would definitely recommend.

Using iSpring has been an excellent experience.
I have been using iSpring for almost a year and it has turned around the way I am able to deliver training especially in these trying times. The best producer for blended-learnings I know
The iSpring suite is an easy-to-learn and easy-to-use program. I had no teething problems at all. The system does exactly what it is supposed to do: produce good video-based learning content in various formats (including SCORM 2004, which is my preferred format). The support is great, the solution to a problem is not long in coming. I am very satisfied.

iSpring Suite Max review from Netherlands
I recently bought software from iSpringSolutions : the iSpring Suite Max, to work together with my son on an e-learning project. The software works perfectly and is easy to use. But during installing, activation and use I had some questions. I contacted their support and came in contact with Kasey, one of their technical support engineers. I must say that their response is very quick and friendly and that their answers to my questions were very professional, usable and clear. All my questions were solved in matter of minutes For me this level of professional support is a clear indication that I made the right choice in purchasing this software. All this makes me a happy customer. Recommended .

I’m able to quickly convert my powerpoints with animations/triggers/audio, with the push of a button. For me, one thing I wasn’t aware of was where to PUT my files once converted- and the additional ispring cloud service is expensive. I went the cloud service for ease of use, and to have everything in one place. Overall I’m very satisfied, but the cost is pretty steep.

Amazing experience. Great LMS
After analyzing many LMS software, we decided that ISpring Learn is the one we need and we are delighted with our decision. iSpring support is terrific
Over the past two years, I have had to contact support in the US and Germany on several occasions. E-learning authoring software can have a steep learning curve and tight licensing restrictions, making qualified product support invaluable. It's a great tool for getting interactive learning
I appreciate iSpring's straight forward approach using PowerPoint as its base. Then with the suite of products, there is so much more to use - video, icons, pictures, e-book maker - it is very handy. It doesn't do everything, but that is okay. It does more than one would expect for the price point.

Great Product, Customer Service
Ispring has made it easy for me for to launch our e-learning business unit. I was able to navigate the program, with very little learning curve. The ease of generating reports is excellent. Support is very responsive, if you are having a problem, they address it very quickly. The follow-up and support of the staff is excellent! They don't abandon you after they sell you.

Great product and easy to use.
I'm very happy with this product. I use it for training sessions and documentation. Especcially for the quiz and feedback for the training and automatically download the certificate, awsome. Also video's from our new features I create a training and now we don't have to train that in a meeting. The attendees can do the training in their own timeframe.

Still very happy with iSpring Suite
We've been using iSpring since 2014 or 2015 I think. Throughout the years is has proven to be a both 'easy to use' and 'effective' tool to create and distribute e-learning courses to our customers. It takes little time to understand the basics of using iSpring. Once you master those it's also easy to figure out how to use the more advanced features. And should you have any questions; the FAQ section of the iSpring website will usually answer them. If not, you can always contact them via chat or email. In our experience the support you get when doing so is both very friendly and knowledgeable. We haven't experienced any major technical issues throughout the years. If, for instance after a software update, a bug appears; it is usually fixed swiftly. I would highly recommend this tool for any company that considers building their own e-learning courses.

Good integration with PowerPoint and simplistic interface and templates.

Integration with PowerPoint limits interface and features to what is available on PowerPoint, makes loading of other apps like Narrator often very slow. Lack of a single native interface/app that supports all features of iSpring rather than the disjointed independent apps which makes content development a chore more often than not. Library interface too is disjointed too. Narrator crashes too often. Many PowerPoint features are absolutely not supported by iSpring Suite which makes it very limited in use.

The authoring tool, as well as ISPRING Learning platform, are both an amazing, easy to use tools. Each time I think about something, it is just there, as if the designers have thought it carefully. Concern about educational uploads and retention by ispring
Excellent response from Nancy one of the techs and a look at how the problem could be solved. This was looked into and while the problem appeared to solve itself it was great to have that kind of backup available to make the uploaded educational content available for students

Works great
We love html content, many of our clients want engaging and fun content but do not know how to author HTML. With iSpring, our vablet users have been viewing and sharing HTML which has been converted by iSpring. The conversion process is very simple and quick.

An exceptional experience

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?
The easiest thing, this is actually a difficult question, everything is simple...straight forward, easy to find...but I find the experience with the customer support really unique. They are there all the time.
What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?
I guess in the slides provided, sometimes I get error messages, until I try for two or three times. The synchronization with one drive is not working, lost once one of my quizzes.

Maybe having a natural voices in the future, to be impeded within the system. It takes me ages to embed human voice. I have to write the script, record it and then embed it into the slides. Many be as well the ability to navigate through the slides while creating a quiz. I had to open my slides on a different device while creating the quizzes.

Adobe captivate, but only the web based, not the authoring tool.

The Best Software Tool for Educators - iSpring Suite!
iSpring Suite is an excellent tool for Educators. Very easy to set up and use. it is an extremely useful tool for creating exams/quizzes to evaluate students' performance. It has a variety of features. The customer support is very good. I have been using it since 2010, and I have no complaints (even if I did have problems, they were promptly resolved by the iSpring Support Team) and I am very happy with it!!

The Best Software Tool for Educators - iSpring Suite!
iSpring Suite is a very useful tool for educators, which very easy to set up. It has a variety of features and quite useful for creating exams/quizzes to evaluate students' performance. When compared to similar software, it does not burn a big hole in your pocket! One of the biggest advantages of this software is prompt responses from iSpring Support. Excellent software!! I have been using it since 2010, and I have never had any problems (even if I did have problems, they were immediately resolved by the iSpring Support team) and I am very happy with it!!

Rapid courseware development using PowerPoint's features. The integrity and behaviour of the final product is always 100% as designed. The export to xAPI has always been brilliant!
What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?
It would be great to use tags (short codes) in the Notes section to use scripts to create input and conditional behaviour. For example: make specific text boxes input fields. - after clicking Next that data is saved in variables to re-display as required on later slides. - Let's say on slide 1 I ask "What is your name?" - User enters "James" - On Slide 2 I can say "Hi James, welcome to ABC course" Another example is to allow arithmetic operators with input fields - On a slide user can input a number of fields with numeric data - On the following screen I can display that result and provide conditional feedback on the calculation. The current Notes feature needn't be affected by this

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?
Easy to use, if you are alreayd a power user of PowerPoint this should be straight forward to learn. There are plenty of videos on Youtube talking about more advanced features.
What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?
One thing I would love to see one day is a way to pass variables and such between pages and some basic scripting ability. This would really level up the interactivity. I get this would be very challenging to develop and would take it into the realm of more advanced packages and away from a PowerPoint converter as such.
