Allow the clients to upload files from the app itself and also allow clients to add custom notes to the tasks. A dedicated chat and notification system is also missing.
How Jamku is better/different from its competitors?
The customer service is the best of Jamku. Be it suggestions, bug fixes, or any custom features. they are always available to help us and make things happen as fast as possible.

What do you like best about Jamku?
Helps to track all the compliances efficiently. We have been using this software since 1 year and very happy with the support we got from the team to implement this software in the best way possible. Also the speed at which they bring the new features and enhancements is tremendous.
What do you dislike about Jamku?
Currently there are lot of options in the navigation menu, which can be a bit lengthy at times to retrieve the relevant info from the app. Also some more representation through graphs and charts can be present in the dashboard page.
