The platform is packed with features to help anyone who wants to simplify delivery in a business or industry segment (such as a company that doesn't want to advertise). All features are in one single platform: ticketing system, customer support chat, task assignment to other teams. Companies don't need to have other software or tools for additional activities. Worth the cost, User friendly software

We chose Kapture CRM after a lengthy evaluation process. The software is easy to use and very intuitive. It has greatly helped us automate and simplify our customer support processes. Ticket management and field force automation are some of the key areas where Kapture has assisted us.

Good CRM with many features

Best CRM for field sales. It can track our field sales representatives. The check-in and check-out feature helps ensure fruitful meetings. The field agents can add their work-related expenses directly in the app.

Good Supportive

I like the fact that the lead source analysis gives me an accurate view of the sources of my generated leads. I like all the features... we are already seeing better sales results because of the sales reporting tool.

I would have liked Capture to offer the telephony integration instead of making me find another vendor for it.

Intuitive user interface with Extensive Functionalities

I have been with Kapture since 2016. My team and I onboarded Kapture CRM after they won the Google Launchpad Accelerator award. In recent years, the platform has consistently matured with respect to features and user interface. The latest features, such as the Knowledge Management System and advanced ticketing features, are really useful.

Best CRM for Business

Affordable software

My catering business needed to take orders from different bakeries and provide food for each one. The Kapture team created a model where I can collect all orders in one place and start production without wasting time. It was also negotiable and affordable.

Excellent Reporting System
