The worst client support ever
It was the worst experience ever with KartRocket. They provide awesome support until you buy the hosting, then they don't even bother to guide you, even after a month. The client support is just until you buy the store. It's been a month since I tied up with KartRocket, and not a single support session has been arranged. I would never refer them. Even GoDaddy store was a good experience (not so advanced, but the best client support).

Deplorable
One star is too much. Deplorable service. Obscure logistic practices. Arrogant and ignorant staff. Poor UX full of bugs and glitches. We have lost many customers due to poor deliveries and indifference in solving any problems. Whoever reads this, do not be fooled by dubious reviewers or low prices. You will pay the cost in time, lost customers, and frustration. Do your research extensively, and then choose a credible provider.

Poor Client Support
Would have given negative stars if possible. We have been with Kartrocket for the last two years. Their client support was initially very good, but now it is becoming worse day by day. Our shipping account was closed without any intimation. All the invoices are duly paid, and advance payment is made too. The people working there do not even understand the simplest calculations. Please refrain from companies like this. Regards, Touch Health Care
