Whenever I face any ambiguity or confusion their online help blogs are always useful, even their free customer service is also available. Its speed is very fast which always saves my precious time.

It also provides your own personal account facility where they keep updating you about the new innovations in it. Kayako is very cheap and can be available online easily in few dollars, you don’t have to waste your time to get a CD or any hardware to download it.

It provides many facilities and is also cheap in price but despite all that it is difficult to understand and use, simple procedure and language is not used. Kayako should improve its task of reporting.
