worst software and worsest customer care
KDK is a waste of money.no after sales custmore care support to users.Updates are made at a very later stage. every now and then software crashes., then you calling customer care but is dose not connect before half an hr and somtimes we have to wait to connect for even 1 hr at the call.sheer waste of money resources and time. if anyone is planning to buy this software i would advise not to go for this software but to use software of other vendors. if there would have been an option to give zero star would have gven that. but it does not allow us to givezero stars

Its the worst software I have ever come across
I am using this software for last many years. They contact me only during the time of renewal. After renewal, they never listen to any grievance of client. I have come across a problem in the software, which is due to wrong coding of there software. I am trying to get it corrected for last more then one week, but they donot get it corrected and replies that it will get corrected when new update of the software comes. But nobody knows when new update will come. The KDK software has become virtually useless for me.

The entire software coding needs updation. It seems they donot have any technical person to do necessary updation in the software.
