The integration part in the marketplace needs more refinement, at times it breaks (very rare) and you have to again do the installation process. Not a major point but it can be improved.

There are still some knicks to be solved and features to be implemented. But knowing that it has been only 2 years and still at par with other CRMs, it's commendable.

The interface of this CRM is excellent, and the pricing is suitable for everyone. We can quickly analyze team performance from the dashboard only, and Customer support is fantastic as well.
The resolution time is really high. Though the support team is really good and reachable they need to work on the resolution time. That's all we didn't face any other issues.
Need inbuilt ticketing desk which is not there with Kylas.

Lead management and record-keeping are major faced by businesses that deal in sales; it is quite hard to track leads without CRM. The tool Kylas makes lead management super easy.
There is not much to dislike about but sometimes I find difficulty in data importing and editing lead fields plus the customization in their dashboard. There are a few things that they need to work on.
There should be some features in the leads section like pinning leads or deleting specific lead fields.
