One of the best CRM to track prospect leads

As a sales manager, when handling a large team of sales reps, we face many challenges in tracking every prospect lead and their activities. However, LeadSquared has almost everything in its advanced filter options. Think of anything you want to know about your leads, and you will find it in LeadSquared. I strongly recommend LeadSquared CRM for a sales company.

Great Product, Awesome Support - The best CRM for any business

Wonderful Support and helpful options in managing leads

It helped us manage leads very effectively and automated our process. Its features of 'Drip Campaign' and 'automation' are very helpful in approaching customers whether we are online or offline. However, the automation count is very low in the basic plan, and LeadSquared cannot be integrated with Office 365. The LeadSquared team should work on this.

Good but need improvement

Leadsquared is a good software. It will definitely sort your lead quality and try its best to give you the best results. However, it does lack at times. It takes a lot of time to load a page. If they add a calling feature, it will definitely help a lot.

Great software, interface could be improved

Overall, a great experience. The interface could be better. It tracks leads by their activities, allowing the sales pitch and other elements to be modified. The interface gets a bit glitchy at times and could improve with updates.

Leadsquared CRM

It's amazing, user-friendly software. One of the best CRMs I have used. Very detailed and easy to navigate. I recommend everyone try this software at least once. The best part is it's super user-friendly. I learned to use it quickly and didn't have to toggle between tabs.
