Lean Power

Lean Power converts structured work procedures into digital steps that can be executed in the field by workers using tablets. The parser converts Word documents into an editor that lets you add videos, tables, notifications, calculations and more to the work instructions. The tablet interface makes it easy for workers to determine what steps to do next and does calculations automatically. Training videos and user manuals are all accessible from the tablets. Data is captured showing how long each step takes as well as the data about machinery and equipment. The data can be used analyze labor requirements, schedule optimization, areas for savings and trending on equipment maintenance.

Lean Power is focused on converting work instructions into a digital format so very structured work can be conducted in the field such that data can be collected quickly and easily on labor requirements and equipment usage. Lean Power is primarily a work execution solution. Lean Power can be integrated with existing work planning systems, enterprise asset management and document retention systems. Or it can be used as a standalone work planning and execution platform.
