Excellent choice for Internet and ISP monitoring
This is an excellent tool for monitoring and managing ISP links. Apart from ILL and MPLS, its ability to monitor broadband links without static IP is a boon. We have tried many traditional NMS, where this was never possible. The ability to monitor the health and latency of critical applications is another great feature. However, the winning feature has to be the ISP SLA tracker, which can track and document SLA violations by ISPs. This kind of data we never had before in traditional tooling.

Its a fully SaaS model. An on-premises version would have been nice. Also, a full-blown LAN monitoring solution would be nice to have. I think its on their roadmap.
