I am using live chat software from live2support for last 6 years on my real estate website. The comprehensive visitor information has helped us to decide upon chat status from being proactive to reactive based on criteria of time spent, bouncing rate page specific chat etc Moreover you have also not mentioned about the reporting system. Live2support has helped us to continuously redefine channel performance based on missed chats and other parameters.

Perfect live chat plugin for small business also

I recently went ahead and installed Live2Support on my website. It seems to be working well and service has not been interrupted even once. However, I have an issue with the software service. More specifically, I have an issue with their customer service. On a couple of occasions initially, I went to their live chat window because I had a few questions. I found a queue. The wait wasn’t long, just a couple of minutes. I am sort of impatient and don’t like to wait. This indicates to me however that their service is really popular and they have many customers. This is good because it tells me that there are many other websites using their live chat service. Lately, this problem has disappeared and I am able to receive customer support promptly through their live chat. This has helped me with my learning curve since I am a small business and we all wear multiple hats out here.
