Since we discovered LiveAgent, our customer support service has become much more efficient and better overall. It allows us to organize ourselves much better internally.

Overall, I'm pleased with LiveAgent, but please, please get an updated module so LiveAgent works with my OpenCart3 websites. This way, I can use LiveAgent to its full potential. Then it would be awesome and could possibly replace some of the tools I am using now.
What do you like best about LiveAgent?
The customer support of LA is great. Quick answers to questions and help if needed. They have helped me with workarounds to get LiveAgent to work on my OpenCart 3 website. Having the workaround means I cannot use the full potential of LiveAgent.
What do you dislike about LiveAgent?
I have been asking for an update to their OpenCart plugin for over a year now. LiveAgent only supports OpenCart 2, and I need it to be updated to be suitable for OpenCart 3. Thats a real bummer.

As mentioned above, it has really helped to keep our communications organized! We can easily tell who is dealing with each issue and its current status. The rules and tags have also helped us set reminders so that related tasks get done and have helped us track statistics.
What do you like best about LiveAgent?
LiveAgent has been a fantastic tool for our small, though fast-growing, department! The customization is great! We have set up so many automated tags and rules. It has really helped us organize our communication. As a result of these rules, we have increased our productivity in other areas as well, as these rules give us reminders so additional steps dont get missed! The interface is also easy to read and interpret. The use of color coding allows us to easily identify emails by importance or by tags. I have only had to contact support once, but when I did, they responded quickly and were very friendly and easy to communicate with!
What do you dislike about LiveAgent?
There are a few issues we have encountered while using LiveAgent. One issue is that when having an internal conversation, the email always needs to be forwarded. It would be nice to be able to reply to internal conversations. You can also only assign a ticket to one agent. There are times when I want to continue to follow up with a ticket but also want a colleague to be included in the response.

What do you like best about LiveAgent?
Live Agent has provided our company with the tools to take our customer support to the next level. This ticketing system has allowed us to easily filter and prioritize emails, making it easy to manage project work. The overall color scheme makes it easy to visually identify the status of tickets (which ones are new, answered, etc.).
What do you dislike about LiveAgent?
Being a daily user, reselecting all recipients every time an email is forwarded is a nuisance.
