The perfect help desk solution.
We regularly stay on the lookout for software products offering us more quality than what we are currently using. However, we haven't found a better product than Livechat just yet. After deploying this program in 2018, we got a chat message a few weeks later from Marcin, who happens to work for Livechat, asking us how we are fairing with the program. Beyond the above, Livechat is intuitive, easy to use and its simplistic nature makes it convenient to be used on a smartphone, likewise on the desktop computer. The daily chat summary report provided by Livechat at the end of each business day also ensures that the sales department has an idea of how efficient we were with our customer support to customers on a day by day basis.

Good software
This one is the best and the oldest live chat software we have had and it has worked very well for us, we have grown from using 2 licenses to about 15 licenses now and all the features are very well structured. More training videos would be helpful from time to time for onboarding purposes when new live chat agents join the company. The software is very user-friendly. Live chat also provides multiple articles for troubleshooting any errorsLivechat limits your ability to customize greeting popups. You can adjust the message but you cannot adjust them to appear if any chats are in the queue.

My team has worked on establishing custom integration between our mobile app and LiveChat. The API documentation is excellent, it is clear and full of examples. The overall software is very intuitive. Have always found the admin section of this live chat tool to be well designed. Its biggest pro is the ability to integrate with iOS and MAC OS applications. The service provided by the customer support team at LiveChat is top notch as they have been always available to guide us through the implementation process. My team is happy with the fact that more and more customers are curious and want to know more about the products offered by our firm and that LiveChat software is playing a major role in this process.
