Online Payments

Why wait to be paid? With every invoice you email, your customers can pay online- instantly! When a customer pays you, ManageMart will: Mark it paid, save the payment info, apply the payment to their account, alert you of a payment, and save the data for your reports! ManageMart currently takes advantage of Stripe and PayPal for online payments. You can create an account within ManageMart if you do not currently utilize Stripe or PayPal. We are currently in the process of adding additional payment gateways- so we will be updating our list very soon!

Informative Dashboard

The first stop of your day is the dashboard. ManageMart’s dashboard is packed with a lot of information to help you keep on top of everything with your business. The activity feed tells you everything that has recently happened, letting you see when other users have logged in, and what actions they have done. You can even tell if a customer has viewed, or paid an invoice. The dashboard also shows any recent announcements regarding the program and is also a great way for ManageMart to inform you of updates, new features, or any special events we may be doing. The Account Standing section enables you to get a quick view of finances. Your dashboard gives you a snapshot of your recent invoices, payments, events/jobs, estimates all presented in a clean, simple format for you.

Calendar and Scheduling

Need to set up reoccurring service visits, or even one time stops? No problem! Allow service visits to become an invoice when you mark it complete. Color code your schedule to help you plan and view your day the way you want. Need to delay an event, or move it? Just drag and drop to the day you want. If it is a reoccurring event you can choose to move one event or all future events. The history of every event is saved on the calendar, and in the customer profiles. You can add notes, or additional services to each event. Print your daily list by crew, employee, or all jobs for that day. If you have multiple crews, you can drag and drop events between crews.

Invoices and Estimates

Whether you create invoices automatically through the calendar, or manually, you should have the best looking invoices with the most information for your customers. Have as many items on an invoice as you want, for as many assets as you require. Upload as many images as you want to an invoice, send by email or SnailMail with the click of a button. All invoice history is recorded for you. You can see when a client views them, and any editions you have made. Payment history is saved on the invoice, as well as your customer’s profile, and also in reports. Estimates are just as easy! Your logo is also included on every invoice and estimate.

Customer Management

With customer profiles, you can keep track of everything related to your customers. You can have multiple assets for each customer. Assets can be their property that you service, a location they want you to service, a building or rental property, the list goes on for options for assets. The customer profiles keep a history of all service visits you had for them. The program also stores all payments, invoices, events, notes, images, maps, any personal info you want, and more!

Client Dashboard

Every time you send your customer an invoice or estimate, they will be linked to their own client dashboard. Here, they will see anything regarding their account with you; Invoices, estimates, payment history, images you have uploaded, upcoming service visits and more. Allow customers to pay online with the click of a button. Give your customer the confidence in your company by looking like the big guys!With the Client Login Widget, your customers can login to their account directly from your website! Notifications and Logging

ManageMart’s logging system lets you see when other users have logged in, what actions have taken place, notifies you when a customer has viewed or paid an invoice, sends you an alert when a customer accepts an invoice, and you will even receive automatic notifications from support.

Employee Management

Employee profiles are designed to save all of the information regarding your staff. Want to track equipment assignments? Track that here! A full detailed history of any expense regarding your staff is also stored in their profile. ManageMart also allows a robust account access system that allows you to set access levels for your staff. You are able to create accounts for your employees or even a service reps with the freedom to set limits for what they can view. There are a variety of control settings that allow you to run your business with precision.

Items and Services

Store an unlimited number of inventory items and services. Track your services and stock by adding an item to an invoice and it will automatically deduct from your inventory. Never be caught off guard with missing items to sell. Services allow you to quickly add a service to an invoice with all the details auto-filled. Tax information can also be input to inventory or service items and will automatically be applied to invoices and stored for your tax reports.
