We used to spend hours at the end of every month trying to figure out things like the optimal time to hire or how well each channel performed. Now, those reports can be generated with a couple of clicks. The platform is generally simple to use, and the team picked it up quickly. Another benefit is that clients can view candidates, take notes, and complete scorecards using Manatal for free. This means we dont have to send as many emails.
What do you dislike about Manatal?
Although every program has its quirks and it can be tricky to get exactly what you need, this one is specifically adaptable, so we were able to easily customize it to meet our needs by, for example, making it possible to customize application forms, automate resume branding, and set up distinctive recruitment funnels that can be used for any new role. Not to be overlooked, the customer service is appreciated.

Easily the most popular feature is the ability to post a job to numerous job boards in any country. Its interesting to think about all the possibilities this ATS opens up. Additionally, with the assistance of modern search tools and AI, it is simple to identify past candidates.

Because we have such a sizable candidate pool to work with, I really wish they provided more than one thousand free monthly credits for use in mass marketing campaigns.

When we signed up with Manatal two years ago, it had everything we needed as an agency to handle clients and candidates. We had no idea that during the course of those two years, they would introduce a ton of brand-new features, like mass emailing and candidate assessments, while ensuring that the software remained user-friendly and incredibly responsive. If you prefer to learn by seeing rather than reading, you can get video tutorials for almost every feature.

Connecting Gmail and Google Calendar is a simple process. Because the learning curve was so smooth, we were able to get the hang of the system on our own. Everything in the system is well-documented via video. However, we did sign up for free training to ask specific questions and learn about any best practices we werent aware of yet. The customer service is excellent, responding quickly and thoroughly.
What do you dislike about Manatal?
A text messaging app integration is something we want to see implemented in the near future. Weve been told that this is only available via their API, which is a challenge for us because our team currently lacks any technical people.

A few of Manatals selling points are a mass emailing tool and the capacity to develop a candidate database that is both secure and functional. These features were among the primary motivating factors that led our agency to make the switch to Manatal. There is a slight learning curve, but the program is highly user-friendly, and the support has been fantastic in helping us train the team. Although price wasnt our primary concern, we were pleasantly surprised to find that, of the four ATSs we tested, Manatal was the clear winner in both categories.

As someone with minimal technological abilities, I was able to set up our customized career page in about 10 minutes, thanks to the sites intuitive interface. There is minimal effort required for setup, and you may begin utilizing it immediately. Those in need of assistance can access endless training sessions and online chat with helpful representatives. They seem to be listening to us, as some of our suggestions have been incorporated (such as the addition of a new job board).

My level of dissatisfaction is at an all-time low. Another way of putting it is that I am a satisfied client. There are several features that we dont use at our company but that other companies or groups could find useful. Manatals administrative menu allows us to selectively activate and deactivate features so we can set up the system to best suit our needs.
