Digit came in and completed a software build and implementation for us. We had been working on the project for over a year and had gotten nowhere. Dan and his team came in, scrapped what we had, and rebuilt it in a couple of months. We had given them a timeline of six months, and they crushed timeline expectations. The software has allowed us to gain visibility into metrics we didn't know existed and has eliminated 10,000 pieces of paper per year. The dashboard feature has been huge because it gives us real-time updates. One of the biggest pros Digit provided was the implementation of the software to our warehouse team. We have struggled in the past with a language barrier when implementing new technology, but Digit simplified the new process so much that the language barrier did not even matter. The team was able to learn the software in a matter of hours and start using it the following day.
