The customer support is very poor. When calling for any problem, sometimes they say the internet is slow; other times they say to call back later. They always just make excuses.

This software has a rich set of features. It has almost everything we need. Despite having so many features in one tool, it does not overwhelm me. It is easy to use and user-friendly.

This software is neither unique nor extraordinary as an HR tool. It lacks special features. Sometimes, this software confuses me while working. Its look and feel do not meet my expectations; it appears outdated and complex.

Overall, my experience with WorkforceNow was a good one. It was nice to have all the information I needed available on the computer.
