Small scale IVR calling

Overall, I have had a moderate experience with Mcube, as its turnaround time and customer support take very long to respond. We use it on our website's contact us page.

What do you like best about MCUBE?

Call forwarding is working well. The GUI is also quite impressive. Supports multiple integrations.

What do you dislike about MCUBE?

The caller number sometimes shows wrong. When we answer the call from the same number, sometimes its getting forwarded to a different agent.

What features is MCUBE currently missing?

So far we haven't felt anything.

Reliable Cloud telephony product

I have been using IVR from MCube for 7 years and have found it to be an extremely reliable IVR solution. The support team is responsive and resolves issues on a priority basis. Thanks to MCube, I was able to scale up my operation from 3 users to over 20 users.

The best team any business could ask for!

The custom reporting that Mcube provides is an amazing feature that is bound to give great insights into ongoing business. It has sped up several business processes for the firm. My staff had deployed several other IVR systems, but Mcube has beaten them all! Not only because of the ease of use and understanding but also because of the dedicated support team they have alongside. They go out of their way 99% of the time to tend to our needs. The whole Mcube team is at the top of what they do and can resolve all issues promptly. I highly recommend Mcube to different establishments and would love to continue doing so! They have the best team any business could ask for!

Mcube is a great cloud telephony software

Mcube is a great cloud telephony software. The hassle-free call recording feature was one of the many that impressed my team. My team was on the lookout for quality software that could stream calls over Wi-Fi connectivity, and Mcube has met all our expectations. The report generation is impressive, and this IVRS software has helped us gauge the number of representatives needed for the inflow of support calls. It is very easy to navigate, and my team loves the transparency within the software. Onboarding was an easy task, and my staff has always received personalized customer service. The highly knowledgeable technicians have been more than happy to serve us. I highly recommend this software!
