It's so easy to upload and then to change documents to a committee or board packet.
Ease of use and simplicity is its strongest feature. I manage 10 boards and committees within our organization and OnBoard has improved consistency and communication across all our entities. The implementation and training of new users is seamless; people of all demographics adapted to the software and way of meetings very quickly. It is also great to be able to update agendas or meeting materials in real time and the voting feature allows us to be productive in-between meetings.
The Zoom interface needs some work, so that you can move around the OnBoard platform while on Zoom.
