They facilitate communication with the attendees and their engagement which includes live streaming, questions from audience, networking module (general, 1:1, group chats), push notifications, note taking, interactive map, etc. Other functionalities which help with management of the event and sponsored content include live updated agenda, sponsored banners and notifications, blogs and articles, list of sponsors and exhibitors, speakers, chat rooms, gallery, etc.
Additionally, collect feedback from your attendees using surveys and polls. Get their indepth reviews or a simple rating. At the end of the event, use in-app analytics to track important KPIs and consequently, identify areas for improvement in your future events.

Love the simple design
It was easy to navigate, and the support team was accommodating. For example, we use the app for an event we organize (https://tgeif.org). Before the event, we had to make many changes to the schedule every few hours, and it was very efficient that the app could be updated instantly whenever we had to make any changes.
