My experience working with this software was great. I used this software at my last job, and it was exceptionally great, especially the Dynamics 365 application, which enables you as a technical support agent to list all your cases on the dashboard and organize them according to severity. It also provides an avenue for logging labor time after working on a case and also provides an avenue for case documentation. With this, you can always go back to where you last stopped working on the case. Another aspect of this CRM app is the collaboration task it allows you to create. This is needful if you need to collaborate with another team to work on your case. The overall GUI is user-friendly and exceptional.
