As a whole, if you want software for personal use, it's up to you to choose between it and Gmail. However, if you need it for professional use, there is no software better than Outlook.

Coming from Lotus Notes, I was instantly in love with Outlook. I love its clean and simple interface.
What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?
Outlook for Mac is not as good as it is for Windows. Thats understandable, but I hope things improve in the future.

The ease of use in using emails. The tools that I need for making emails, organizing the emails, and accessing my contacts. Saves a lot of time and effort. Also in managing my schedules.
