MightyCall is a decent product.

Has been my go-to for all my office communication needs for over a year. While most days it works fine, there are occasional issues. At times, the app crashes, while other features work perfectly. On occasion, there is no notification for a text message.

MightyCall is flexible and easy to set up

MightyCall is a reasonably flexible system, easy to set up and integrate. Its capabilities allow us to organize customer and technical support optimally and track statistical data to improve the quality of service. For example, now we are again analyzing the behavior of customers in the voice menu to identify problematic points and make it more convenient. In addition, we need to differentiate access rights for supervisors. In MightyCall, each supervisor can see only the operators of his group and manage only his queues. This ensures that teams work more smoothly, each of which specializes in supporting a particular product.
