This app is great for everyone, especially those who have just started as freshers in the quality department. It keeps track of everything, whether you want the daily report, your quality score, productivity dashboard, etc. It's universal and works for all kinds of reports. Easy to use and highly informative, this version is definitely worth it. It also helps us save time by closing feedback effectively and in real-time. My personal favorite feature is the CQ and Productivity dashboard, which allows me to put in extra effort on a daily basis.

The best part of AI is the auto-updated CQ performance view, which helps me stay informed about the CQ trends of every agent. We no longer have to wait until the next day for updates. Previously, we conducted Day-1 audits and provided feedback on Day-2 or Day-3, which was too late. Recently, agents have been receiving real-time feedback, allowing them to correct mistakes immediately. Additionally, agents stay updated about their scores and errors.
