To be honest, Mioot LiveChat tool has enhanced our business prospects, provided and increased instant connection with our client base, and facilitated easy knowledge sharing and technical assistance. There is extreme ease of use for our client base. The admin section of this software is very intuitive and well designed and the API is crystal clear and full of examples. The user interface too happens to be extremely user friendly. The features just work seamlessly and the firm has received a lot of appreciations lately. Great product!

Mioot is extremely powerful! The best part would have to be ease of use and user friendly functionality for creating reports and dashboards. Mioot is web based best live chat software specially designed for small to large organizations. We use this product more then a year. I love some features of Mioot such as Track, Invite Chat, Intelligent chat routing, e-Mail Ticket System, Skill Based customization, In Build Help Desk System and many more. I will recommended this product to all my friends. Please try a free trial version first before purchase the product.
