Continually frustrating & dead ends
This was recommended by a friend in a class I took, when the discussion went to home finances. The first 3 times: I tried to sign up, after setting up a user name and password, I just got the blue thinking screen and nothing happened. I decided to start over but then user name was taken by my last attempt and I had to try another one. Reached out to customer service, which is only an email.which meant waiting a day or two for response. Tried a chat feature, but that was long and painful for a relatively indifferent "service" agent. Tried a fourth time and managed to get in. Nothing was intuitive so I watched the videos. Finally went to add my bank to find it not on the search feature. HELP only takes me to a FAQ page with a BS answer about how 95% of banks are connected to mvelopes but mine might not be. Clicked contact and it wants me to log in again for some reason, and now my password is not working anymore and my option is to change my password.again. I'm over it. As a brand manager here, the customer journey is frustrating with many road blocks. The user experience just seems to send me in circles and dead ends. I'll spend my monthly fee somewhere else. .
