The system is good to use and is gives an overall very sleek feeling. However, there are still some bugs here and there specially in the UI which needs to be addressed. These are mostly at the time of creating SMS's. Also there should be a feature to type SMS on the go and not create a template. We still feel that the call transfer facility is far from perfect and that is something which should be addressed

Overall good services but expensive compared to other service providers in same segment. Charges could a bit more rational in comparison with other service providers. Quality of calls is good, web based dashboard panel is very simple to use and very good. Team is very co-operative and efficient.
