I paid for 12 months and requested a refund on the 28th day because I cannot see who is calling. They said they cannot refund as I bought it at a discount. So now I am stuck with a service I cannot use for the next 11 months but still need to pay for. I am not sure whether it's even legal to take money without providing service.

We have been using it for around one year, and it has really helped us track our business calls. The log section and report section are very handy and provide detailed insights on what's happening with our helpline number.
