Cloud-Based Leave Attendance and Payroll System
A cloud-based attendance system can record attendance data using Biometric, Mobile GPS Location, Employee Portal Login. Biometric devices are connected directly to our cloud server. Any employe punches on biometric machine , the data will be collected and processed at realtime.
Admin or HR login where employee master data and other company rules like Shifts, weekly off, Holidays, Leaves are updated. Based on the defined rules log data which comes to cloud server gets processed automatically and admin dashboard keep on updating the headcount and other important information in real-time.
Cloud based attendance system also have a login for an employee which is known as 'Employee Self Service'. Every employee can login to the cloud with his / her unique id and password to view attendance records, leave balance etc. An employee also can apply for the various applications which will be approved by his/her team leader or HOD. e.g. Leave , Out door Entry , Comp Off, Missing Punches etc. Once Team Leader or HOD approves this request it gets recorded on the monthly report automatically.
HR Manager or Admin using cloud-based attendance system gets all the reports generated at a central place without any infrastructure cost. HR Manager or Admin needs only internet connection on PC, Laptop, Mobiles, Tablets This will save a lot of Time of HR Manager on day to day operations.
Informative Dashboard :
Realtime dashboard for HR Managers gives graphical analyses of attendance in reatime along with exceptions like Late comers, Early goings, Absentism, Leave, Short Working, Excess Working etc. myAttendance web module also gives dashboard for Management users who can see all type of MIS reports on their Dashboard. Very Good System for Attendance
It's simple software with a bunch of features that helps our management track and notify the attendance of our staff and students. It sends notifications via SMS and email if parameters are set. All reports can be developed in the required format and can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format.

Instant attendance with biometric, QR, or barcode on the ID cards. Sync will be made every 3 minutes to the linked software, and various sorts of rules can be inserted as per the organizations requirements.

Sync time can be real-time, and hardware can be rugged as per current market and heavy usage.

One of the Best Attendance track software
My attendance software works like a charm in our organization. It provides all reports to the HR department in real time, and its hardware is very easy to use. The reports can be automatically sent to the email ID or fetched as needed. It can integrate with the existing ERP system if required.

What do you like best about myAttendance?
Its integrations with third-party software. It will easily generate reports as and when needed in PDF or Excel. Its auto-notification and entry of basic employee details are good and provide more insights.

The date format can be as required by the user, like mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy, etc. Everything else is good and accepted by any organization.

Good Device for Bio metric Attendance
As for other biometric devices, it is good in size and slim. Easy to install. The buttons are not very robust, but the device is very quick in capturing impressions. It has 90 days of data storage, and reports can be easily downloaded. This version is suitable for companies with fewer than 100 employees. The following reports can be generated: Daily In/Out Report, Late Coming Report, Early Going Report, Overtime Report, Shift-wise Report, Present Report, Absent Report, Attendance Logs Report, and Leave Report.
