mycloud PMS is a comprehensive cloud-based service managing a hotel’s guest facing operations.

mycloud PMS functionality spans –

mycloud- web based front desk management software is easy to configure to the specific needs of your hotel and easy to use with little or no training at all. Our helpdesk is available 24×7 to assist you, if at all you need assistance.

For reliability, mycloud PMS –

  • is hosted on high availability servers with disaster recovery back-ups intended to provide 99.5% up-time,
  • uses very low bandwidth so that you can afford redundant back-up Internet connections … broadband or even 3G/4G,
  • sends you key operational reports by email, once each night, for use in the event of any disaster

Low investment, low risk 

  • mycloud PMS is a cloud based hotel software. There are no investment into servers or software. Start with a 30 day trial. There is no long term contract. Just pay for the service for as long as you use. Software is deal for hotels, motels, bed & breakfast, independent hotels and hotel chains.
  • Hotels need just one or more PC(s) connected to the Internet by a broadband connection and one or more laser printers. The PC’s need to have any of the internet browsers i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari and a screen with 1280 x 720 resolution.

Quick implementation

  • There is nothing to be installed at the hotel. So no time is required for hardware configuration or software installation.
  • Commonly used parameters have already been pre-loaded. Just makes changes for your specific hotel and you are ready to start. The system will be implemented in a couple of days.

Needs little or no training

  • Experienced hotel software users are expected to not require any training at all to use mycloud PMS. Novices will learn very quickly, provided they are familiar with hotel operations. Our 24×7 helpdesk is available for assistance when required.
