Good Solution!

I really like the software as it is extremely simple to use, and the support services are amazing. I tried their trial version and within a week moved to the paid version. I am able to access the system while traveling, and it provides me with good forecasts. I am surprised to see how they add so many features each month, and I definitely get good value for the money I pay.

Intuitive hotel program

I learned about this program through a Google search while looking for a good web-based solution for my hotel in Seattle. I took a free trial, and within a week, I was hooked. The support desk was quite helpful. I subscribed to the solution and have been using it for a while now. The program keeps getting updated, and every two weeks, I see something new and better. It is very easy to operate and understand, and I like the dashboard and automatic reports they send every few hours. I definitely recommend this program.

Good Hotel Software

I came across this solution while searching for software for my 49-room hotel in California. They offered a 30-day free trial, and I was convinced within a week by the product presentation and support. I asked if I could enroll for just a month, and they told me there are no contracts, so I can use it as long as I wish. I did not need any training as I used their tutorials, and the support desk was more than willing to help all the time. The system has good features, and I see new features added almost every 2-3 weeks. I am really happy using this and highly recommend it to other hoteliers.

Try it to know it

Mycloud is a one-stop shop for hotels that are looking for: 1. A user-friendly program 2. An easy switch from an existing platform 3. Full integration from PMS to CM, and from POS to HK to ENG With an online chat feature, you always have someone who will respond, supported by a management team that ensures client satisfaction. Four stars because I believe there is always room for improvement, and consistency is paramount.
