User-friendly Tool for project management

As a project manager, I suggest my team to use openAir for project management and resource allocation, we utilize OpenAir at our firm. To measure and report on the hours spent on allocated jobs/tasks, OpenAir is a useful project management application. User-friendly, yet with a very basic layout, this application is easy to use. Users can charge time to very little or huge tasks using this capability.

Easy and simple project accounting system

Netsuite has a lot of useful features like billing, forecasting and generates history report. It integrated with salesforce very well and very easy to set up. There are also a lot of configurations you can change to fulfill your requirement.  Netsuite tool has made it possible to operate very efficiently when managing my project accounting and invoicing needs. I use Netsuite to invoice customers & when they pay - it imports those income deposits so it's all centralized. I can save custom profiles and they can save their payment info for auto billing. Customer service is very responsive to all inquiries. They also have a payroll service available.

The main page of Netsuite invoice software is very well laid out. It has a flowchart that guides the users through the basic steps such as creating quotes to payment processing. Netsuite is a good platform for invoice creation and billing management. Netsuite is intuitive and walks the customers through each and every step. It is easy to navigate through the software and complete tasks with ease. Netsuite supports multiple businesses. The homepage of the software lays out options like flow chart , adding customers and creating invoices and processing payments. The customer support is beyond what my team had expected. The representatives are always available for help and provide my team with detailed answers to the smallest of queries. Highly recommend this software for the level of features that it provides.
