Nothing in there where you can delete a line and request to adjust an invoice. Everything has to be over the phone. But mind you, they have better customer service dept. Staff are friendly."

I am still happy with the service though, the fact that it is not costing as much as a top-notch in my book. You can save more using Nextiva and I believe that there is so much more that we haven't explore with Nextiva.
