"The part where you really have to call their Support to assist you in onboarding process. Nothing on their dashboard where you can do it yourself. Nothing in there where you can delete a line and request to adjust an invoice. Everything has to be over the phone. But mind you, they have better customer service dept. Staff are friendly."

My Experience with Nextiva

I am still happy with the service though, the fact that it is not costing as much as a top-notch in my book. You can save more using Nextiva and I believe that there is so much more that we haven't explore with Nextiva.

I like Nextiva because it is very easy to use. It is Cost Effective compared to other VOIP providers and they have a better recording portal.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The part where you really have to call their Support to assist you in onboarding process. Nothing on their dashboard where you can do it yourself.
