Easy to Use

ngDesk is easy to setup and get started, and once it's up and running, it starts building itself out as a knowledge base. It's extremely easy to search the database, either by ticket , customer name, application and category. It also produces outstanding reports, for example, the frequency with which the support staff opens/solves/closes tickets, which customers submit the most and least tickets etc.

The app crashes too often leaving everyone without access.

Do not cheat users. They cannot offer a product that is not yet ready for use. Nothing works as it should. Every week or day we have a new problem. Also, the support is very bad. Most of the problems are open for months. The system is down very often and the end customers are complaining all the time.
