ngDesk is easy to set up and get started, and once it's up and running, it starts building itself out as a knowledge base. It's extremely easy to search the database, either by ticket, customer name, application, or category. It also produces outstanding reports, such as the frequency with which the support staff opens, solves, and closes tickets, and which customers submit the most and least tickets, etc.

ngDesk is super easy to use, and communicating with different teams is very easy. It has very good customer support and offers 24/7 assistance. ngDesk has done a great job in seriously improving their product by listening to their customers and releasing new features to make them feel very happy. Do not deceive users. They should not offer a product that is not yet ready for use. Nothing works as it should. Every week or day, we encounter a new problem. Additionally, the support is very poor. Most of the issues remain unresolved for months. The system is frequently down, and the end customers are constantly complaining.
What do you like best about ngDesk?
It is an easy application to understand. It has great potential but many flaws. Good features for help desk and ticketing.
What do you dislike about ngDesk?
The app crashes too often, leaving everyone without access. The support stops giving answers because they do not know how to solve the problems. Users are constantly broken and cannot log in again. Lots of functionality issues.
