Management does not check up with our RWA whether their representatives are giving any support to the RWAs having the Nobrokerhood system. The person who signed he nobrokerhood agreement has resigned so our RWA B5&6, Block B, vasant kunj is unable to connect to the person in his place due to the lack of his contact number."

Cheap vendors are hired by them.
Booked them to get my AC serviced, and I was amazed at how the servicemen left the walls, bathrooms, and floors dirty! My home looked like a dirty rainstorm had attacked it. I complained to them about this, and they offered to clean my bathroom free of charge professionals. Instead, someone arrived high, and he did not spend 10 minutes in the bathroom, did not use any of his tools, and washed the bathroom with his fingers! He was not in his senses. My experience with this app has been the worst. They are finding all possible ways of cost-cutting and pissing off their customers! Such companies die eventually.

horrible for the past one year from the time our RWA signed an agreement for continuing its service for another 2 years
customer support by the company representatives siddhant Sharma and Amit are negligible to nil. They don't pick up their mobile phone nor call back for knowing the problems.

IVR system not functioning from time of inception. visitor management system malfunctions every fortnight. For the past 2 months, no message goes to many residents android phones about the visitors coming to them. Head guard has to literally phone them for giving intimation.
What other products like NoBrokerHood have you used or evaluated?
I as the RWA vice president am toying with the idea of replacing the new broker hood system with a new alternative.

GUI is nice but very user friendly, not much customizable.
I have a very bad experience with NoBrokerhood team, support is very bad, never ever go with them to provide automatic Boom barrier, they tied up with Warden and had a very bad experience, I feel like cheated.

We moved to NoBrokerHood in Jun 2020. They offered really great ERP product along with the Visitor Management Module.
