This software is a big plus for us
Customer support was great. The client Account Manager did an excellent job at navigating and addressing all of my questions. Migrating and managing vast amounts of data is a bit cumbersome.

Simple, clean, and efficient
We could build our chatbot in no time, and that too without any coding or other technical knowledge. I’ll certainly recommend it to anyone! However, there are still areas for improvement in the aesthetics of the product.
