Before 2020, I had a good opinion, but since 2021, things have been getting worse. I don't feel happy to mention my dislikes. I hate the leadership qualities here. There are many reasons: a leader should be a leader, not someone with a grudge mindset. We work hard, but the appreciation is taken by incompetent team leaders (TLs). They make employees work at night without any benefits or night allowances. The roster is supposed to be updated every first week of the month, but the TL is not responsible enough to change it. I have seen no changes for both women and men. Women are working harder, even from home, yet the company is deducting money from employees' accounts without providing benefits like a cafeteria or allowances. There is no entertainment for employees, but still, 2000 is deducted every month in the name of EMPLOYEE RECREATION. Higher officials are too partial, and there is no growth. I hate the TLs' behavior. They act in front of higher officials as if they are doing a great job, but no one knows the pain we endure. I know this content will reach higher officials, but let it go and support us instead of searching for who wrote this review. From now on, the TL will search for the person and start troubling them. This is insane, and the roster part needs to change for the given period. Everyone should receive their benefits and proper respect. Without respect, no employee will stay for a long period. Instead of searching for our negatives to complain about us, do not demote us to create a black mark. Support us - we work like it's our office. LOVE us - we LOVE HiRePro. I can't provide my work details as I will be punished later. Try to solve problems instead of creating them. TLs need to understand every employee's problem, solve and support them, instead of always troubling us. This is not fair at all.Work timings: Strict timingsWork-related travel: This is a desk job.
