There is extreme ease of use and great customer support. We as a whole firm have been very happy with the performance of this product. It automates every step, from requesting time-off, to the manager's approval, to recording the time-off on the company calendar, and also updating every employees' entitlements. It is very impressive, least messy and it is very easy to update too. Would definitely recommend!
