Offrd

Offrd is an HRMS built for growing companies in India. Five things run on it: attendance, payroll, HR documents, statutory compliance, and pre-hire screening.

Attendance comes through the Atndnz app, free for paying Offrd users. QR code check in, GPS and geofenced attendance for field staff, real time shift management, leave and holiday tracking, biometric device sync, and automated reports. Remote and work from home staff are covered the same way as office staff. Attendance feeds straight into payroll, so the month closes without a spreadsheet in the middle.

Payroll runs monthly with Indian statutory rules inside every calculation. EPF at 12 percent employer and 12 percent employee, ESI at 3.25 percent employer and 0.75 percent employee, professional tax by state slab, and gratuity computed from Basic. The Labour Codes effective 21 November 2025 are supported. Salary structures balance themselves to the total CTC, and a PIN code resolves city, district and state.

Form 16 is generated inside the platform. Upload Part A, build Part B from the employee's locked tax declaration, combine the two, and send it to the employee. Your company TAN and PAN are needed first.

Pre-Hire, at prehire.offrd.co, screens resumes with AI, scores and ranks candidates against the role, and drafts interview questions. It covers the pre-hire stage, not a full recruiting suite.

HR documents cover the whole employment lifecycle: offer and appointment letters, onboarding kits with Aadhaar, PAN and bank verification, payslips, probation, increment, bond and warning letters, separation, relieving and experience letters, and the full and final settlement with its own reference IDs and deduction heads. AI sits inside the editors, so letter content and company descriptions can be rewritten in place.

A policy builder works from a questionnaire and produces POSH, health and safety, anti bribery, social media and IP policies, plus a master HR handbook with sub policies for leave, maternity, gratuity and remote work.

Leave requests route to one line manager, who gets an email. No approval chains to configure, which is the right answer for a forty person company.
