The Product has great features covering a lot of domains, especially legal side. The work flow is very much adopted to other requirements as well like in case management, CRM kind of work and other domains. Some scenarios and features such as Physical inventory are quite impressive to the customers. Customer support, especially at the Customer premise, is challenge.

OmniDocs ECM has an amazing customer support team

OmniDocs ECM system works so well with all kinds of content. Within this ECM tool, the user can manage images, web pages, photos, voice files and templates. Files can be organized by applying a folder system with metadata, which becomes really helpful while looking for specific content.While managing files, my team was able to easily establish automated workflows, so that the content kept automatically flowing from one personnel to another. This factor is particularly beneficial if the documents go only to specific individuals for approval so that the tasks can take up speed and save up a lot of time. OmniDocs ECM has an amazing customer support team. Well prepared and ready to answer all kinds of queries from their customers. Happy with the services!
