Poor customer care services. They don’t pick up calls no matter how many times you call them. If you are stuck in the middle of a sale, you have to make a manual bill. Because the executives don’t have proper knowledge of the software, they always ask for more time to resolve the issue. The most pathetic thing is they charge the same amount as the software purchase every year as a maintenance charge. They are looting customers. It’s better not to buy this software. Jewelry software is far better.

Their mobile software is the worst to use. It has not been working since I purchased it and is still in a processing condition. They are selling a defective setup to customers, taking our money for granted. It is not suitable for use and there is no support for the mobile software.
