It is very nice software which work excellent.
OnBase ecm software provides just the right tools to view, edit as well as share files. The user can open any existing document and make the desired changes. Version control feature allows to access and view the newest version of a document. This eliminates the possibility of old information from getting circulated around the company . Previous versions of a document can also be viewed and accessed. OnBase ecm tool provides permission options,which provides managers and other executives with the power to implement classified access over certain documents. This ecm solution allows the users to audit all the content and it also has comprehensive reporting capabilities. There are several FAQ's, resources and knowledgeable articles along with great customer support that easily get a customer going through the software.

With the help of OnBase ecm software, the users can manage workflow processes seamlessly.
