I purchased an Ooma through Amazon, and it turned out to have a fatal error. It may have been an issue with Amazon Renewal, so I purchased another one. Ooma customer support was unable to switch mine, and I was told to create a new account and new phone number, and then they would switch it later. I am currently paying for two accounts for something their support should have been able to do for me. Too much work for the product.

What do you like best about Ooma?
Ooma Office phone framework is not difficult to utilize, works well with our web, has all the necessary accessories for our current phone hardware (didnt need to upgrade), and is very practical. The app for my phone makes it very easy to make and receive calls when Im out of the office with our old landline number. It was easy to transfer our previous local phone number.
What do you dislike about Ooma?
A few details: 1) Informing of the evacuation of old messages, I would like the capacity to recover messages or, at any rate, permit me to back them up prior to eliminating them; 2) While we are on the subject of text messaging, I absolutely require the capability to send pictures via text.
What features is Ooma currently missing?
